A distraught customer called me because a company she hired to clean her carpet left them looking worse than before and she didn't want them to come back because they were scary. There was a sticky yellow reside that was difficult to remove but I was able to get it looking good. I also removed a red stain and clean dust lines around her floor registers that they were not able to get clean. She was very happy when I was finished. It made me feel like a hero.

Water damage restoration in apple valley

A pipe broke on the main level in a home while a family was out of town on vacation. It was estimated the water ran for about 2 weeks. When we got there we immediately started extracting as much water as quickly as possible. The family needed to stay in a hotel while we worked on their home. Our main objective was to save as many personal items as possible like Pictures, documents and crafts. The basement needed to be gutted and a lot of sheetrock and flooring needed to be removed on the main level. We brought in drying equipment and disinfected every crevis of the home due to mold spores flying around. Drying the premisis took 8 days and reconstruction took a month.
